Hey, It's A Good Day...

Ever hear the FFH song "It's A Good Day"? Good song and I've got the words in my head.

"Say hey, it’s a good day
Even if things aren’t going my way
Jesus is Lord and I am saved
So, say hey, it’s a good day."

Anyway, I think today should be a good today. Silver Bay is catering us lunch in here at work, so that should be good. I'm really hungry. My brother got a job at the new Outback they're building in Easley. It opens November 1st. Very exciting. Hmmm...now if we could only get a Flatrock in Easley. The rumors are still circling of a Target/Old Navy/Starbucks being built where the old Saco Lowell plant sits. Eventually, there won't even be a need to drive all the way to Greenville.

Bible study was really good Tuesday night. Dr. Jordan is just doing an excellent job. We talked about Calvanism/Arminianism, predestination, personality traits of God, and tons of other stuff. We've got two weeks left of this session, then a week off, then back for six more weeks of theology. This spring, the Pastor is going to be teaching Old Testament Theology I, II, & III. I'm excited.

Wednesday night's Lost was confusing, but good. It always is though. And Alias. Well, we just won't go there. Needless to say, it was very upsetting last night. These are my two must-see shows.

More later.

New Goodies!

Yay! I'm so excited. I ordered two books and a CD Friday and they came yesterday. :) The CD is the new Casting Crowns, "Lifesong". I love it! It's just as good as the first. And the books...[re]Understanding Prayer by Kyle Lake & The Naked Christian by Craig Borlase. I started reading the second one last night and it's pretty good so far. We'll see.
